Attalie and I took an impromptu afternoon date to a nearby you-pick flower farm! The farm was about a 20 minute drive from the Webb City area and well maintained. The flowers were gorgeous and we had a wonderful time. This is definitely a place to check out before the summer is over!
Fields Edge Farm is a local business. They accept cash or card and you pay by whatever size cup you want to fill. Attalie and I spent a total of $20 that included the smaller $15 bucket and a kids $5 vase. This was the perfect amount. I was still able to divide my bucket into a larger bouquet and two smaller ones once home and the flowers were gorgeous!
There were zinnias, multiple kinds of sunflowers, as well as other filler flowers that I can’t recognize by name. You were provided with snips, a container with water and some flower preservative, and were free to pick your flowers! There was also a cute photo-op as well that we took advantage of as well as plenty of butterflies to look at flying around.
